- Nate Whitson -
I help Christian men who feel stuck in life and want to change but don't know how and don't know where to start.
As such, I write things like this newsletter and other books or courses that can help them get unstuck.
Today, though, I thought I'd share with you exactly what you should do if you'd like to STAY STUCK.
I know, you're probably thinking that's a stupid idea.
You're probably also thinking, "Why would I want to stay stuck?!"
If so, I agree. Why would you?
Yet, what I see in me and in so many others is that we know it's a stupid idea to stay stuck - and yet, so many of us still are.
Here's why I think that's true.
- We don't admit it.
For many years, I struggled on and off with a porn addiction. However, during that 20+ year battle, I never said I was addicted. I really and truly didn't think that I was!
I just "struggled".
I couldn't bring myself to admit that I was stuck and SUPER stuck at that for far too long!
Things began to change for me, however, when I finally admitted it to myself.
Which led me, then, to #2.

2. We don't take ownership.
For many men, it's always someone or something else's fault.
- "The girls just dress so slutty today. I can't help myself!"
- "The internet is just too tempting. I can't say no!"
We're just like Adam in the Garden of Eden. Still blaming Eve!
If that's how you feel, then enjoy being stuck. Because that's where you'll be until that belief changes.
You are not a victim.
You are not without strength.
The key to change is to admit you're stuck and then take ownership of the problem. Once you do this, you can move on to #3.
3. Have a plan.
Hope is not a plan!
Hate to break that to you, but it's true.
Men who don't change and never break the chains of addiction or struggle of any kind are those who go into each day without a specific plan of action.
On the other hand, those who get unstuck admit they have a problem, take ownership of their lives, and have a clear plan that's been proven to help others get unstuck too.
My suggestion to you:
Avoid these 3 things if you like the struggle and want to stay stuck!
It's a surefire way to do just that.

P.S.
Want to get UNSTUCK?
If you're dealing porn or other unwanted sexual addictions, I suggest starting here.
But no matter what the issue is that you're facing, it's a waste of time and money to have a plan if you won't first admit that you've got a problem and you refuse to take ownership of your life, first.
However, if you're willing to do those two things, then there's hope for you! But don't stop there.
Admit it. Own it. Have a plan! (Here's a good one if you don't have one yet)
This is the way out if that's what you really want.
