Do you ever struggle to feel motivated enough to do what you know you should do?
Or is that just me?? (Gosh, I hope it's not just me!)
It seems that this is a constant thing that I feel and hear from men that I work with.
- How do I find the motivation?
- I'm just not feeling it but I wish I was!
- I don't know what else I can do to get myself motivated to move.
If that's you, here's a few thoughts.
3 simple ways you can change your life and address this common struggle:
- Stop making excuses and just do it.
- Act like a man.
- Quit acting like a little bi*ch!
Ok, please forgive me for that last one. I know that I'm not supposed to curse in a Christian men's newsletter but seriously...I sometimes need to hear #3 so I thought maybe you might too!
For real though, motivation is fickle.
But you already know that.
What you need isn't really motivation and I bet you know that, too.

What you need is discipline.
You already know what to do.
And you already know why it's important.
But what you don't have is a rock-solid commitment to do what you know to do.
That's the issue.
Not motivation.
So...go friggin' do the things you know you should do!
It's really not more complicated than that.
Talk is cheap.
Being a man is tough.
And if you need to change your mindset and life, click here to check out the course I created called "You can win if you want!". It will help.
You really can win if you want to.
It's up to you.
Your discipline (not your motivation) is the only thing standing between winning and losing.

P.S.
Do you struggle with motivation and discipline?
If you do, you're not alone.
I'm with you on this one and I have men tell me that they struggle with it every single day, too. (That's why I created this free course...check it out)
The question is WHY.
So email me and let me know: what's your biggest challenge or frustration when it comes to being properly motivated to do what you know you should do? [email protected]
