Session #1

In this first session, we'll talk about Coach vs Counselor, our Success Formula, 30 Reasons Why, and make sure we know what you hope to accomplish in these next 90 days.

Session #2

In this session, we'll look at Identity in Christ and why that's critical to change, Understanding the Habit Loop and how ALL behaviors are formed (and how to use that to your advantage when trying to change or grow), and the Power of Super Small.

Session #3

In this session,  we'll do a deep-dive into the Start Super Small System and break down the 4 parts of the R4 Behavior Builder Framework. Today, we'll get very practical in helping you understand how to change and win in any area of your life.

Session #4

In this session, we'll look at the 3 different environments and discuss how to set them up for success in your life, the Fight Method, and the Habit Ladder.

Session #5

In this session, we'll discuss How to Break Bad Habits, look at the If-Then Commitment Contract, and then look at the Temptation Rescue Plan.

Session #6

In this final session, we'll discuss the Top 10 Obstacles to Change, Re-Cap the program and highlight key points, address any questions or concerns you have, and review Session 1 goals and hopes and make sure you have a plan for moving forward that keeps the momentum going.
